A farm bio? Yes, but bio what? Biological? Not only. Biodynamics.

Does everyone know the organic farming, without additives and products of synthesis, but what the biodynamy?

Vast question whose answer is not the object here. Simply, one can say approximately that it is like biology, but more thorough. In biodynamy, the farmer respects the calendar of sowings, bench each year per Maria and Matthias K. Thun and published by the House of agriculture biodynamics. (see the site HERE)

For example, one will take care to plant salads a day breaks into leaf, the carrots and potatoes a root day, the tomatos a day fruit etc

In addition, of the preparations containing silica and dung of cow for example are widespread on the cultures at quite precise times of the year. Lastly, we use obviously the compost of the cows which represents one of best existing natural manures.

When I was young student, at 18 years, I lived in my village the fact that agriculture was the largest destructor of nature and the landscapes. All the hedges had been shaven, the rectified rivers, half of the disappeared species of birds All that was very far from my vision of the trade of farmer, but I wanted nevertheless to be a peasant, at least peasant bio, in the biological direction. I did not know the biodynamy yet.
 
I thus was in training course in a peasant who practised agriculture biodynamics, and it was for me a very great discovery: there was a method of agriculture born of a thorough observation of the world living and the animated world; who was not bio by reaction, but by observation of the laws of the plant and his rates/rhythms, of the laws of the animal, his forms and his role. The farmer became healer of a sick ground; the stockbreeder became Éleveur with the Élever direction and not to lower out of machine to produce.
A new subtle comprehension of nature came to agree to the great feeling that it had always inspired to me.
Then full with enthusiasm, in 1981 as of my installation with Truttenhausen, I practised this method and 26 years after, enthusiasm is confirmed by the results on the level of the ground, the biodiversity, the health of the animals, the care of the landscapes, the gustatory quality of the products, etc
