It is Pierre-Henri Lenormand who took again the truck farming in 2002 following Benoit Thiry who went itself from there in the Pyrenees.

The Roses tomatos of Bernes, for which we received such an amount of compliment, come from the garden which one sees the greenhouses on the way of the farm.

The garden produces in any time the fresh fruit and vegetables of season that one sells on our markets. In addition, the laboratory of the team of the garden leaves the preparations regularly: first of all, traditional grasses out of pots (basilica, parsley, coriandre) and other tomato sauces, but also of culinary approvals of most original like the jam of green tomatos and the crystallized one of sweet peppers (that one is a must on a roasted slice of bread).
